Since I joined Fusionworkshop as a senior developer in 2003 the company has grown and now operates from an office in the centre of Cardiff.

I have worked on many interesting and high profile projects since joining and have always been impressed by the dedication and hard working attitude of my colleagues. There is a great team of people here and the atmosphere is relaxed but involving.

When starting at Fusionworkshop, everything that was communicated to me during the recruitment process was true to life. On day one, there was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere – I found a bottle of champagne and a card on my desk alongside a brand new top end desktop and dual 19 inch LCDs all set up with development tools ready to go.

I became involved with key projects within two weeks - not just the development phase, which for me was ideal. I felt like I could make a difference from the initiation phase project and influence the technical direction.
