On day one, there was a very warm and welcoming atmosphere – I found a bottle of champagne and a card on my desk alongside a brand new top end desktop and dual 19 inch LCDs all set up with development tools ready to go.

I became involved with key projects within two weeks - not just the development phase, which for me was ideal. I felt like I could make a difference from the initiation phase project and influence the technical direction.
