ILEX is the professional body representing around 22,000 qualified and trainee Legal Executives, recognised by the Ministry of Justice as one of the three core routes to becoming a qualified lawyer.
Challenge
ILEX are users of the Alterian CMS and wanted to offer an enhanced service to their 24,000+ members. This required a full integration with the IRIS Profile Concept CRM used by the organisation.
Approach
Fusionworkshop integrated the Alterian CMS with the ‘web-access’ modules created by IRIS. Because the CMS has a powerful API, the development team were able to create a stable and sound integration. Testing was carried out at all stages of the process to ensure a secure solution was delivered.
Results
After testing the functionality went live and is now a part of MyILEX where members can update personal details and contact information and browse benefits exclusively available to ILEX members.
