Challenge
After ten years in business, Fusionworkshop had evolved a vibrant and supportive culture. It was seen to be time to formalise this and recognise the part that people play in the company's success. Investors in People is a flexible, tailored and easy-to-use people management standard to develop and harness the skills of people. The Investors in People framework is outcome focused, it outlines what organisations need to achieve, making it truly flexible.
Approach
Assessment was based entirely on interviews with people across the organisation. A selection of staff were interviewed by the independent IIP assessor to measure and track progress towards becoming an accredited Investors in People organisation.
Results
Fusionworkshop were passed first time without any modification to their processes - an endorsement of the culture that has done so much to make the company an employer of choice.
