A platform for growth for leading housing association
One of the UK's largest housing associations has entirely redeveloped their sites on Sitecore to improve services to their 120,000 customers.

Challenge
The Partnership started with a collection of company and lower level websites that are not consistent in terms of brand or content. They were based in different content management systems, and did not portray the values of the Partnership.
Our challenge was to develop a sector-leading website to:
- Be easy for external and internal customers to use
- Improve our range of online services
- Provide effective marketing for homes and care services
- Reinforce the local brands
- Deliver value for money
- Ensure that customers can access the information that is relevant to them.
Approach
Fusionworkshop worked hard to design and built a lightbox to allow residents, no matter where they live in the country, to identify their respective Partnership housing company by clicking on a region of the map or entering their postcode. It is an innovative, easy to use device that has proved crucial to the national success of the new Partnership Website. Sitecore also helps us ensure that our content stays up to date and consistent for all channels. Fusionworkshop worked to develop the IA to full site development and ensured that the site provides the levels of accessibility and usability required.
Results
The results speak for themselves:
- Maintenance and running costs cut by nearly 50%
- Average time spent on the site increased 16%
- Page views shot up by 42%
