Challenge

Hatfields is one of the largest independent UK  motor groups which represents Jaguar, Land Rover ,Volvo and Hyundai and employs more than 300 people across ten locations. The internet is seen as key to Hatfields’ strategy and and the company needed a website to fully integrate with their dealership management system for customers to select from hundreds of approved cars.

Outcome

Fusion Workshop implemented the Alterian CMC Content Managment System and integrated with Hatfields' Dealer management system.

The new website will be maintained and updated by the Hatfields team using the Alterian CMS which will enable them to incorporate any technical innovations that arise in the future as well as creating new websites as the group expands.

Results

Hatfields is anticipating a rapid return on investment on the web project with an improved customer experience. Usability improvements have also been made to give better customer conversions rates.
