Case Tracker and Broker Portal

Requirement/Challenge

  • Provide staff and brokers with tools to manage early stages of loan applications
  • Security and FSA compliance was critical
  • Integration with loan management systems was important to reduce duplication and speed up application turnaround
  • Provide a secure view for all brokers into state of applications and value

Results
