Requirement/Challenge
- Provide staff and brokers with tools to manage early stages of
loan applications
- Security and FSA compliance was critical
- Integration with loan management systems was important to
reduce duplication and speed up application turnaround
- Provide a secure view for all brokers into state of
applications and value

Results
"I chose Fusion Workshop for our Casetracker because they were a
fast moving and energetic organisation with a track record of
developing secure, scalable and intuitive user interfaces for

reference visits I did were all really positive and all the
feedback I’d received about the people who worked there was
positive too.
I wasn’t disappointed. The team, led by the MD Chris Short were
enthusiastic, energetic, professional and very patient. It was and
continues to be a pleasure to work with Fusion Workshop. The
quality of development was excellent. We had a few teething
issues to begin with but these were just that, teething issues.
The system is currently being used by 15 staff internally and
25 wholesale brokers externally. Training has been simple to
administer and take up has been extremely positive. Since going
live, we’ve had very few support tickets, which is testament to the
joint testing that was undertaken. We’re looking forward to working
with Fusion Workshop on further initiatives in the future."
