retirement property sales service. Their extensive nationwide
portfolio of over 2,000 properties offers an unparalleled choice of
new and pre-owned retirement apartments, cottages and bungalows in
secure, purpose-built schemes designed and constructed by the UK’s
leading housebuilders and overseen by Peverel Retirement - the
Country’s top managing agent.
Challenge
The new website gives customers powerful
and easy-to-use search tools to create their own portfolios.
Customers needed to search for their ideal property by towns,
counties, and full/partial Postcodes. One of
the objectives as to offer customers a better experience
and allow them to create a PDF of their portfolio to print and
review. Usability was a high priority for the project, given the
target audience profile.
Outcome
The Fusion Workshop team integrated Alterian
CMS with
Retirement Homesearch’s Property
System. Royal Mail PAF data was used
to enhance Property Searches and integrates with Google
Maps to display property locations.
Functionality was built to allows customers to
save their search criteria, and then receive Property Alerts the
moment new properties become available.
Results
Retirement Homesearch users are now able to
compile their own property portfolio across the UK for review with
all decision makers. The service means customers can review
properties at their leisure are in full control of their portfolio,
allowing them to make an informed decision.
