Tessitura CRM integration project

 

The Wales Millennium Centre (WMC) is undoubtedly one of the most vibrant new arts developments in Britain. Fusion Workshop was engaged to re-develop its ecommerce service, as the original was under-performing in just about every way.

A key element of the project was to integrate with the centre's enterprise CRM, Box-Office Management and ticketing systems, Tessitura.

The project included full and formal life-cycle management from scoping, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis and content architecture workshops. Some basic prototyping was used to communicate the content architecture and functionality to stakeholders.

User centric features include personalisation, performance CMS, integration, self-service membership, affinity scheme and RSS feeds for sponsors and supporters.

Online sales have significantly increased. Customer conversion rates have further increased by over 75% since the "Select Your Own Seat" facility has been added. The solution's technical architecture means that new features required in the future will cost less as the foundation was designed to be scaleable from the outset. WMC now have a sales platform to hit very aggressive online revenue targets.
