A proven approach - Fusionworkshop has developed a mid-weight but agile project management method that is based on and conforms to PRINCE2.
Fusionworkshop recognises that if a project is to be successful, it has to be controlled and managed. However, the need for a flexible approach and the importance of being able to tailor methodologies to suit the circumstances of each project is also essential. It will often be necessary to place a greater or lesser emphasis on different aspects of the methodology depending on the scale of the project and on the existing project management culture within the customer organisation. This is one of the reasons for basing Fusionworkshop’s methodology on a lightweight, agile PRINCE2 approach. Fusionworkshop currently employs 4 registered PRINCE2 Practitioners and 4 certified Scrum Masters.
Fusionworkshop’s project management methodology provides a number of mechanisms for ensuring that every project has a controlled start followed by controlled progress and finishes with a controlled close. A clear understanding of the way we work both with clients and on project should provide a guide on exactly how we would be able to work together and get the most from each other.
