Account Management
When you work with us, you are assigned an Account
Manager to ensure you receive the best service and advice possible.
Through our Account Management we aim to build a relationship that
can deliver better results for you by gaining a better
understanding of your business.
Your Account Manager will:
- act as your first point of contact once we
are working together
- keep you updated on progress and alert you to
possible risks and upcoming opportunities
- share ideas and advise you on best
practice
Communication is key to achieve this if
customers are to continue leveraging their initial investment
whilst gaining further return through new developments. The first
meeting between you and your Account Manager will be at project
initiation (after consultancy phase). For the initial project
the Account Manager will act as senior supplier for you to call on
should you need to escalate an issue or requirement. Account
Managers will also be there to organise the contracts between both
parties. Once the initial project is completed the Account Manager
will continue working with you to reach set targets and objectives.
Communication is a huge part of the on-going relationship and a
communication plan is put in place at the outset. Fusion Workshop’s
normal communication plan follows the format below but it can
change to suit your business needs.
- Weekly – call / update on
outstanding/completed/new work
- Monthly – meeting if required to
work/ideas/issues
- Quarter review
All of this is flexible and Fusion Workshop’s
Account Managers are able to work with you to devise the best ways
to communicate. You will be given details on who to contact at
different project stages, should it be new, on-going work or even
any issues that may arise (i.e. Account Manager, Support or
Production). Through developing a greater understanding of each
other’s business it becomes easier to develop networking
opportunities, prospects and areas for improvement.
