A proven approach - Fusion Workshop has developed a mid-weight but agile project management method that is based on and conforms to PRINCE2.

PRINCE2 embodies established and proven best practice in project management. It is widely recognised and provides a common language for all participants in a project. Where customer organisations use alternate methods, PRINCE2 provides seamless interfaces to ensure effective communication and assurance of quality standards.

Our project management approach is well-proven and is intended to ensure that new sites launched on time. For complex projects we work very closely with customers and provide full visibility from start to finish with risks being managed and mitigated early in the project. The approach to projects aims for a large degree of parallelism, with specialists being able to work on aspects of the project without hindrance or subject to dependencies from other activities.
