Fusion Workshop builds newly launched NCMA
website

The National Childminding Association (NCMA) has launched a new
website containing a new secure members’ area to support its 40,000
members.
NCMA is a charity and professional association. Since 1977 NCMA
has worked with registered childminders, nannies as well as other
individuals and organisations, such as local and national
government, to ensure families in every community in England and
Wales have access to high quality home-based childcare, play,
learning and family support.
The new website, based on the Alterian Content Management
System, includes a secure area called My NCMA which works with
NCMA’s IRIS Integra CRM to provide personalised content for
members. The site has been built with an emphasis on
user-experience and will be a central part of NCMA’s membership
communication strategy.
Fusion Workshop also provided support for improved information
architecture, wireframing, bilingual content and CMS training.
