Chris Short completes Wainwright's 200 mile challenge

Wainwrights coast-to-coast walk raises money for MS Cymru

Chris Short 200 Mile Walk

Fusionworkshop's Chris Short completes famous coast-to-coast walk solo and unaided.

Taking on the rain and unusually strong winds, Chris completed the walk in a very respectable twelve days. This arduous route runs across the UK from St Bees in Cumbria to Robin Hood's bay near Scarborough.

The route is a 200+ miles long distance footpath in Northern England. It passes through three contrasting national parks: the Lake District National Park, the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the North York Moors National Park. In 2004 the walk was named as the second best walk in the world according to a survey of experts.

In completing the walk, Chris raised over £2,600 for Fusionworkshop's chosen charity, MS Cymru - a very worthy organisation that makes a real difference to individuals and families that are impacted by multiple sclerosis.
