New service offers public in Wales online feedback tools

Complaints Wales new Sitecore portal launches

Fusionworkshop have built a new Sitecore-based portal, with a focus on usability and accessibility.

Originally a Welsh Government initiative, the complaints signposting service is provided independently by the office of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.

Members of the public can use this online complaint form to send a complaint directly to the relevant public service provider/complaint handler.  A form-based system guides users through the process of finding and interacting with the organisation they wish to want to make a complaint about.
