Hatfields, has launched a new dealer portal built by Fusionworkshop.

The website has been fully integrated with Hatfields’ dealership management system so customers can select from hundreds of approved used cars across the 16 locations. 

The business has dealerships across the north of England and the West Midlands and is anticipating a rapid return on investment on the web project with an improved customer experience. The internet is seen as key to Hatfields’ strategy and usability improvements have been made to give better customer conversions rates.

The new website will be maintained and updated by the Hatfields team using the leading Alterian Content Manager Corporate system which will enable them to incorporate any technical innovations that arise in the future as well as creating new websites as the group expands.

Fusionworkshop Director, Rebecca Griffiths said: “We had worked with Hatfields for many years now and the time had come to future-proofed their web presence. By taking these steps, we have delivered a robust, scalable and flexible site for them. And implementing the new CMS, migrating content, designing templates plus specialist web integration work means a better experience for Hatfields customers and staff. The company now has integrated sales management tools and an online system for staff to edit vehicle images”
