Member Management for Alarm
Alarm the public risk management association
The internet is now the main channel for the association to interact with its 1,800+ members.
Fusionworkshop have launched a new web tool to help Alarm, the public risk management association, with their online member management. The tool allows Alarm membership administrators to manage member records securely and rapidly.
The project extended their Immediacy (Alterian CMC) website by creating a single SQL Server Membership database and building an Immediacy Membership plug-in to incorporate:
- Administration functionality to create, edit and delete members
- A new interface allowing Alarm to design and view their own membership reports
- New search interface to enable efficient searching of existing members and organisations
- Redesign of all administration user screens for ease of use and navigation
