A new website for the Public Services Ombudsman Wales
The Public Service Ombudsman for Wales (PSOW) launch new bi-lingual online service on Sitecore
The Ombudsman considers complaints about public services in Wales, including local authorities, hospital and GP services, social landlords and the Welsh Government. The online capabilities of the service have been redeveloped to ensure availability to the widest audience. For this reason, the website has been built using Sitecore's multi-lingual capabilities with a strong focus on accessibility and SEO.
Fusionworkshop drew on extensive experience of Sitecore integration to deliver a best-of-breed bi-lingual website. Sitecore is a feature-rich .Net CMS and will allow the Ombudsman to maintain and develop further public-facing websites. By integrating Sitecore and Workpro Ombudsman, the organisation is able to manage the complaints process effectively. Workpro is a web-based case management application that provides a well-proven technical, scalable environment for Ombudsmen and Commissioners.
With the new website members of the public can now make a complaint via the online form.
