Following extensive usability and SEO reviews, Sigma 3 have launched a new, user-centred website to strengthen their retail brand online. Already a leading name in the UK kitchens, bedrooms and home-office marketplace, Sigma 3 are seeking better engagement with their audience and to drive an increase in enquiries through the online channel. The new website has been built by Fusionworkshop to allow flexible management of content and provide a framework to communicate the company’s many unique selling points. Customers will now be able to find the information they need quickly and easily, supported by Sigma 3’s strong imagery.

Importantly, the new website enables the Sigma 3 team to run online marketing campaigns, set up targeted landing pages and measure the results. A new information architecture and the Umbraco CMS enables Sigma 3 to manage content more flexibly, supporting multiple online customer journeys.

The web project builds on work carried out as part of a formal review and competitor analysis for Sigma 3. This included detailed briefing sessions, in depth reviews of the market and customer needs. The approach covered usability, information architecture, communication, reliability, accessibility, promotion, and scalability.
