Fusionworkshop joined performing arts venues from across the UK for the 2010 UK Tessitura User Group Conference.
Tessitura is the enterprise application used by performing arts organisations to manage ticketing, fundraising, and CRM. Sessions covered topics such as Payment Card Industry compliance (PCI Compliance), segmentation models and website innovation. Fusionworkshop customers Wales Millennium Centre and Royal & Derngate were present .
Delegates were able to discuss their projects with the Fusionworkshop representatives and explore how to approach a Tessitura CMS integration and the power of social media publishing and monitoring.
