All hosting is on high specification servers, SAN infrastructure with a sophisticated backup infrastructure. Tailored management services including monitoring, alerts and a number of BC/DR options as well as hands on, proactive, management. All network infrastructure is Cisco with appropriate levels of failover and redundancy. Shared hosting for Sitecore and dedicated servers are available. If you would like Fusionworkshop to fully manage the server(s) or the actual Sitecore implementation and any custom extenstions then an implementation health check will be required. Our health-check will identify any areas that may cause hosting or support issues and is also a popular stand-alone service. All agreements are tailored to a customer’s specific need and typically cover the following:
